Shipping Options
We deliver across Pakistan using trusted local courier partners to ensure your fragrances reach you safely and on time.
Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders over PKR 3,000. For orders under PKR 3,000, shipping costs PKR 200. Delivery within 3-5 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad).
Express Shipping
Express shipping available for PKR 400. Delivery within 1-2 business days for major cities. Perfect for last-minute gifts or urgent orders.
Same Day Delivery
Same day delivery available in Karachi and Lahore for PKR 600. Order before 2 PM for same day delivery. Limited to select areas within city limits.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates start from PKR 1,500. Delivery times range from 7-14 business days depending on destination. Additional customs duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay when you receive your order! COD available nationwide with a small additional fee of PKR 100. Cash payment only - no card payments on delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to international regulations, some fragrances may not be available for shipping to certain countries. We'll notify you if your order is affected and suggest alternatives.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your package's progress in real-time through our website or the courier company's app.
Delivery Instructions
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM). If no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery again the next day or leave the package with a neighbor.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. Include landmarks and complete address details for rural areas.
Special Handling
All fragrances are packaged with special care to prevent damage during transit. We use bubble wrap and secure packaging to ensure your luxury perfumes arrive in perfect condition.
